Orders:
1. How do I return a product purchased on your website?
You can return a product easily via our website. Go to my orders and click on Return/Exchange for your latest order. Whichever item you wish to return, check the box that says ?Initiate Return/Exchange.? A drop down will appear for you to choose between return or exchange, select return. Another drop down will appear asking you to select the reason for your return. After selecting your reason, scroll down and choose the mode of refund you?d like. Then check the box to confirm that the product is unused and with original tags intact. Click on submit and your return will be initiated.
2. Is there a fee for returning an order?
No. There are no extra charges for returning an order.
3. How do I cancel an order once placed?
You can cancel an order through the website, app or m-site directly. This cancellation must be made before the item is packed in our warehouse.The payment amount will be credited to the same account from which payment was made.
4. How do I track my order?
You can go to my orders and below order status click on the Track Order text. It?ll take you to a screen that shows you the details of your order.
5. Can I exchange a product bought at a discount?
Yes, you can exchange a product purchased at a discount.
6. I have received the wrong products. How do I get these exchanged for the products that I actually ordered?
Go to my orders and on the concerned order click Return/Exchange. Whichever item you wish to exchange, check the box that says ?Initiate Return/Exchange.? A drop down will appear for you to choose between return or exchange, select Exchange. Select the reason for exchange and click submit. You?re good to go.
7. I have received damaged products, how do I return them?
The process is the same as returning any other order. Go to my orders and click on Return/Exchange for your latest order. Whichever item you wish to return, check the box that says ?Initiate Return/Exchange.? A drop down will appear for you to choose between return or exchange, select return. Shipping: 1. Do you offer free shipping?
Sorry, free shipping isn?t available. A shipping charge of Rs.75 is applicable on all orders below Rs.2,499.
2. Is there an option for express shipping?
Sorry, we have no option of express shipping.

No, we do not offer international shipping.
4. Can I change the shipping address for my order? Or How do I change the shipping address for my order?
Yes, you can change your shipping address till the shipment status says ?packed?. After which the option to edit the address will not be available.
5. What if I?m not available when you deliver the merchandise?
If you?re not present when our courier partner tries to deliver your parcel, a note will be left for your information. A second attempt will automatically be made after 48 hours, along with the information note. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to your parcel for 7 days awaiting further instructions from you before returning your parcel to twentydresses.com. Once the parcel has been sent back to us, you must wait until it arrives in our warehouse. After which, we will dispatch it again as per your instructions.

2. What should I do in case my credit or debit card has been compromised while making a payment?
We do not store/retain your card details. If you suspect any such activity, please get in touch with your bank immediately.

Cash on delivery is available for limited pincodes. When you enter your shipping details, we will highlight the payment options available for your pincode. There isn?t any additional charge for the same.
4. How do I use my credit points?
Credit points can be used only on non-discounted products. While you checkout, you will be asked if you want to add credit points if it is applicable to the order you are placing.
5. How do I utilize an e-gift voucher? Can I use multiple gift vouchers against the same order?
